COVID-19 Statement



Effective from 18th May, we will be reopening our Sales and Service & Parts department. In light of recent Government announcement in modifying restrictions imposed to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to enable a gradual return to business.


We will be making the changes to business in order to safeguard our customers and staff with safety measures in place to ensure a convenient and safe contactless access to BMW Service. We are taking extra precautionary hygiene and protective measures to safeguard you when you visit.

If you are in a situation where you have an urgent repair or breakdown, you can call The BMW Roadside Assistance team on 1800 409 900. Routine Service bookings will commence once our Retailers are back in operation.
